RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive retention and referrals
- Conduct policy reviews and uncover cross-sell opportunities
- Identify customer needs and confidently recommend coverage solutions
- Generate new business through outbound calls, follow-ups, and warm leads
- Close sales and meet or exceed monthly production goals
- Resolve complex customer concerns with professionalism and urgency
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Insurance sales or account management experience preferred
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Strong communication and closing skills
- Comfortable initiating sales conversations
- Self-motivated with a growth mindset
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
